These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tablegame. By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered Players, visitors browsing the Platform without an account, and any person accessing Platform content through any device or connection type. Any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all gameplay voided, and any remaining balance returned after deducting any bonus amounts received, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
Each individual may register only one Account on the tablegame Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and chosen password. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. tablegame will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your login information. You must notify tablegame immediately through official support channels if you believe your Account has been compromised.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any interest therein to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account suspension.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. tablegame may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Account balances, as permitted under applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
tablegame is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may also be triggered at other points during a player's use of the Platform at tablegame's discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of a request may result in: temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality, restriction of deposit access, or in cases of extended non-compliance, Account closure. tablegame is not liable for any losses incurred due to withdrawal delays caused by a Player's failure to complete verification.
tablegame currently accepts the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), UnionBank of the Philippines, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT via the TRC20 network. Available methods may change from time to time at tablegame's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). tablegame does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits must be made from payment instruments in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. tablegame targets withdrawal processing times of under 30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and 1–4 hours for bank transfers, though actual times may vary depending on payment provider processing and volume.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) unless otherwise specified for crypto transactions, which will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
tablegame complies with all requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended by RA 10365 and RA 11521) and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. tablegame reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of additional due diligence checks where transaction patterns trigger AML monitoring alerts.
tablegame offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players who meet the criteria specified in each promotion. tablegame reserves the right to determine eligibility and to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would unfairly prejudice players who have already opted in.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawing real-money funds before completing the Wagering Requirement may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
The use of multiple accounts, coordinated play strategies, or any other method designed to exploit or manipulate bonus terms constitutes bonus abuse. tablegame employs automated detection systems to identify such activity. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be subject to permanent suspension.
All games available on the tablegame Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics certified by independent third-party testing laboratories approved by PAGCOR. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be manipulated by tablegame, game providers, or players.
The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each slot and RNG-based game is disclosed in the game's information panel within the lobby. RTPs are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server disconnection, game software error, or display error — tablegame reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's Wallet. Bets placed during a documented malfunction period are not valid and any associated payouts will not be honored.
If a player believes a game round was resolved incorrectly, they must submit a dispute within 72 hours of the disputed event, providing the game name, round or transaction ID, date and time, and a description of the discrepancy. tablegame will investigate using game server logs and provider records, which are deemed authoritative in resolving disputes.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tablegame Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the tablegame Platform — including but not limited to the tablegame name, logo, visual design, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software code — is the exclusive property of tablegame or is licensed to tablegame by third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights are expressly reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without tablegame's prior written consent.
Third-party game providers retain all intellectual property rights to their respective game titles, artwork, and software. Any use of provider trademarks or content outside of normal gameplay is subject to the respective provider's terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tablegame's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tablegame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.
tablegame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tablegame makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security, it cannot guarantee continuous, fault-free operation given the inherent nature of internet-based services.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tablegame's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
If you have a complaint relating to any aspect of your tablegame experience, you should first contact tablegame's Customer Support team through the official live chat or via the support email listed at the bottom of this page. Please provide your Account username, the nature of your complaint, relevant dates and times, and any supporting documentation.
tablegame will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. Complex disputes involving game fairness or AML matters may require additional time. You will be kept informed of progress throughout the resolution process.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by tablegame's internal process, you have the right to escalate your complaint to PAGCOR. As tablegame's regulatory authority, PAGCOR may investigate complaints and issue binding resolutions where appropriate. These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings not resolved through the dispute resolution process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
tablegame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published at tablegame.onl/terms-conditions, unless a later effective date is specified. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, withdrawal terms, or eligibility criteria — tablegame will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address or a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tablegame with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
tablegame's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by tablegame.
